What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products
Meet with the Central A team to understand the strategy of the function in line with Regional Business Head’s strategy and company road map.
Grow an understanding of how you fit into the Regional Trade/ Sales & Distribution model, your key tasks and how you will carry them out.
Get coached on how to use MSTR for data extraction for reporting purposes
Within 60 days, you will:
Grasp deep knowledge of your work and how it contributes to the overall success of the company.
Building contacts and understanding how to get the work done smoothly and efficiently.
Mentoring your team members, take ownership of their issues and ensure escalation at the appropriate forums for improved efficiency.
Review prior reports on sales trends and progress on daily and monthly Gross Ads, Churn, Revenue (GSM, MFS) etc
Work with the team on the delivery of different reports / dashboards to the line manager on channel performance and support.
Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Report, analyze performance monitoring for Regions current KPI (Gross Add, Recharge, MFS & Data) to ensure 100% target achievement.
Update YTD Region, MBU and Franchise Performance including Sales, MFS, Data, Devices, Retail Development in order to take important business decision.
Data extraction for reporting from MSTR and coordination with Commercial Planning/Reporting & Analysis team.
To ensure delivery of different dashboards/presentations/reports to the management on channel performance and coordinate with regional team to ensure performance achievement.
Monitoring and evaluating business growth analysis, cell site analysis and other ad hoc analysis as per business need.
Backend support to Postpaid team & troubleshooting

Responsible for splitting and assignment of monthly targets among sales channels, teams within the geographical zones based on sale trends, head count status and market dynamics.
The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
Roll Out of Company Wide Objective Setting Exercise for over 3500 employees for all functions of the company with 100% completion rate of discussed, recorded and signed off objectives as per company and individual KPIs
Online digital recognition tool for, Team and Business Achievement based on Jazz Values, desired behaviour and business contributions.
The three (03) must have past experiences the best candidate should have.

Essential skills must have:
Data Scrutiny in order to review and analyze data and be able to extract meaningful insights
Data Presentation skills for being able to present data in order to make quick decisions
Advance communication skills for managing cross-functional projects.
